5 stars for the great service by the team and especially mackenzie at the cash register, you're really pleasant to speak to and clear/concise, even if our transaction was only a couple of minutes, so thank you!
the rest of the staff was attentive and helpful in my quest for sustenance.
you know what the food quality and selection is like, don't complain about that. There's some seating inside but not a lot, and some shared outdoor seating outside.
Parking is kinda tough as there's a lot of eateries in this plaza with not enough spaces, you might have to circle a bit or test your luck. I got lucky and parked right in front. -

I pretty much try to avoid this location because it's infested with high school kids. The portions here are not generous at all, plus, there is always a wait.
Avoid this location and go elsewhere. Oh, parking is terrible here too. -

Shout out to Mackenzie for her awesome phone etiquette and customer service skills!!! I placed an Uber eats order because the boyfriend and I were hungover af. When I called to verify that I had in fact ordered from that location (the other one on state college was closed) I asked her to include two sweet and sour sauces in my order. In my experience using food delivery apps my sauces/condiments are always missing. She hooked my order up with everything, even utensils, and was super personable and sweet. She left a great impression and my order was perfect. The chefs killed the honey shrimp too! Thank you!

The employees are extremely nice and accommodating! They were very busy when I came in and when I got home I realized my order was wrong. So I went back and told them and they immediately apologized and made me an entire new plate fresh no questions asked. They also offered me a free beverage while I waited. Awesome customer service! They didn't give me any attitude and only wanted to make sure I left happy. People make mistakes, it happens. They owned up and took great care of me!

I really like this location but there is ALWAYS A LONG WAIT!! I am really confused as to why because everything is literally prepared and sitting there. If it wasn't for this and the constant struggle to find parking I would definitely rate this location 5 stars!
